Here's one of the quick project - Pink Tags that I made for Prima Marketing October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For those who follow me on Instagram might know that my FIL is sick recently and that we have relocated back to Malaysia. To motivate him, I created this three simple (but heavy!) tags with intention to frame them up and hang in the living room.
I have always like the combination of Pink & Black since college days. When I was given this assignment with a Pink theme, I know I wanted to use the Chalkboard papers from Optimist collection. This is my first time making tags, how do you like them? I hope they turned out ok despite being really bulky (with the flowers and metal embellishments…)
And I also have another dreamy layout to share too!
Recently I have purchased F-O-U-R vintage typewriters. And realised I have no space to keep so many of these babies, so I sold one via Instagram. So I am
I fussy cut the circle from a piece of patterned papers (All About Me collection) and adhere them randomly on my layout. Not sure if you realised, I always do things randomly, follow my heart when it comes to scrapping. I do not have rules or theories, right or wrong when I create. I have never study designer / art so I seriously do not know how it works when it come to all these design concept / principle.
I added some paint splatters with Studio Calico Mister Huey to add more texture to my layout. You can't even tell which splatter is done by me or cut from the patterned papers eh?
Just some simple projects that I have done for Prima Marketing for October & November. By the way, are you interested in how my workspace look like right now? If yes, I will try my best to do a scrap room tour =P
XoXo
I totally understand about the blogging part. I am catching up on my PL but I have yet to take pictures of them and posting it on the blog. My blog is kinda dead too in my opinion.. haha…. instagram is much faster where I can just post the picture without much thoughts on blogging :P
